Raphael began his plastering career in 2015, gaining valuable experience in a small residential projects company. Under a demanding boss, he learned the importance of precision and care in plastering. Over two years, he honed his skills, focusing on meticulous attention to detail.

 

In 2017, Raphael joined a reputable company involved in both residential and commercial projects. His diverse experiences, including work on notable ventures like Queenstown High School, contributed to his growth. Raphael completed the BCITO in Plasterboard (Finishing) at Level 4, showcasing his commitment to professional development.

 

Rapidly advancing, Raphael became a supervisor, playing a crucial role in project success and enhancing the company's reputation during his five-year tenure. In June 2021, he founded Mount Interiors as a solo trader, quickly expanding and incorporating the business in April 2022.

    Mount Interiors experienced rapid growth, with Raphael's visionary leadership leading to the addition of two employees. Raphael and his wife Mariana, an Environmental Management graduate, collaborate on projects aimed at mitigating environmental impacts. Their partnership combines administrative expertise, meticulous planning, and unwavering commitment to excellence.

 

    Beyond professional achievements, Raphael is a devoted family man to his two-year-old daughter, Céu, and happily married to Mariana. Together, they navigate challenges and opportunities, envisioning a future for Mount Interiors marked by continued success and a steadfast commitment to delivering top-notch plastering services.
